After a professional baseball career, beginning as a first round draft pick straight out of high school, in which Josh spent seven years playing professional baseball with the Montreal Expos, Texas Rangers and Boston Red Sox, Josh transitioned into the real estate world. Working with a Palm Beach-based Family office for a high net worth family that had liquidated a major telecommunications company, Josh was responsible for managing the family’s legacy assets – including real estate holdings spanning from Hartford, Connecticut down to Miami, FL, and continuing to a 2700-acre ranch on the Costa Rican coast. During his tenure, Josh experienced first-hand how high net worth clientele handle their real estate.

An opportunity in wealth management with the firm Morgan Stanley brought Josh to Denver. After spending two years connecting the firm with professional athletes, Josh decided it was time to follow his passion and made the permanent move into real estate quickly establishing himself as a top producer. Tye Stockton

In 1991, Tye Stockton, a former equity options trader on Wall Street for Bear Stearns, decided to trade his financial career for a new life in Vail; a place he had grown to love during his many trips to the Rocky Mountains. With his new “local” status, Tye quickly embraced the Colorado lifestyle and, in his free time, became an avid telemark skier, fly fisherman, mountain biker/hiker.

He met his wife, Brielle, in Vail in 1997 and they were married on Jekyll Island, GA, in 2001. They have two boys, Zachary and Ryan.
